Borderlands Splash

This should generate images in the same style as the Borderlands splash art that pops up when significant characters/enemies are encountered.

Retrained, as previous version was hella overtrained.

Will need to train AGAIN - BLSplash frequently causes splashes of water (duh, in hindsight).
