Alice, Keeper of the Realms.

Alice was not the Alice everyone thought they knew.

When she was a small girl, she was forced down that cursed Rabbit Hole. She was supposed to be a sacrifice to an eldritch entity known as the Jabberwocky. However when she managed to escape, there was a part of her that got left behind. Some might say it was her innocence that got trapped in Wonderland, forever trying to find a way back home.

Alice became the gateway from Wonderland into the real world.

Once she came back from Wonderland her life could never be the same. She had gotten married to Lewis Carroll and became a mother... Perhaps got to live a fairly normal life, that is, until she went Mad. Everyone would have said "It was all in her head." but only the Mad can see Truth. The secrets of Unreality she kept.

Who is to say which Alice was a Real Person?

Was it the Alice that got trapped in Wonderland, who's story lives on, or was it the Alice that got to live a somewhat mundane life?

You would go Mad too if you were pulled from from Reality and then placed in Unreality. Anyone would quickly to realize just how little sense is made from the sense that is created. If not losing their head along with their senses, when they all fly with Time - right out the window. So how could you ever explain yourself when you aren't being yourself? There is no use in pretending to be two different people, there's hardly enough of anyone to be one respectable person.

There is only Alice - Real and Unreal. The Gate and the Key. After death she was chosen by the "Maker" to represent Love and become one of the Keepers of the Realms...

None dare see what sleeps at the bottom of the Rabbit Hole... Perhaps it's all Nothing more than Dreams within Dreams. Even curiouser, as the Nothing that Dreams of Reality.
