The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Works sort of well? at a strength of .8-1.2.

Seems to only really work with things related to fabric, tried fighter jets and other vehicles with very lackluster results, smaller clothing seems to not work very well either such as 'crop tops'. But works vaguely well on other articles of clothing.
