This model was trained using ~40 images of characters in the pose. It was trained on the NAI model so it should work with most anime based models. The main concept that got trained was a woman on the back with an arched back while ejaculating. Some additional prompting is required, like hand positions (might require another LoRA at a lower weight depending on what you want) and expressions. It was a mix of fingering, sex toys and hands somewhere else. It isn't perfect but if you know a thing or two about SD tools (inpaint, open pose etc.) you can get some nice images.

Recommended weight is between 0.7 and 1.
