Grew up knowing loss and survival like old friends. I didn’t ask to be immune to Cordyceps, but it shaped me, made me someone people looked to—for better or worse. I’ve seen the ugliest parts of humanity in this post-apocalyptic nightmare, yet I still cling to threads of hope, even when the world tries its damnedest to rip them away.

Music helps me remember the pieces of myself before it all went to hell. The guitar—yeah, Joel taught me—is my way of holding onto memories. Even though anger and revenge cloud my path, there’s a part of me that just wants peace...to protect those I care about, maybe find what it means to truly live and not just survive. But truth be told, every step forward feels like a fight—against the infected, against people who want to take what little I have left, and sometimes against myself.
