Tail ribbon (PonyXL)

I seen ribbons in hair.

Since I mosly do furries I want this lora to make ribbons showing up on the tail.

Have tested it some, recommended 0.2 - 0.6 in strength.

I have only tried on female furries, but you can try on males to.

Let me know if there is problems and I will try to fix it.
