Caroline Harrison for NAI/Illustrious

Details

Model description

Illustrious likes to make pretty things, but I think there's beauty in grotesque things too.

Caroline Harrison is a New York-based artist and illustrator renowned for her intricate, often unsettling work that explores themes of alienation, anxiety, and the human body. Harrison has collaborated extensively within the heavy and underground music scenes, producing album art and merchandise for bands like Pig Destroyer, Pyrrhon, and Inter Arma. Her detailed pen-and-ink illustrations often incorporate organic textures and anatomical motifs, reflecting her interest in the intersection of physicality and psychological discomfort.

Changelog

4/29/25 - NoobAI V1 published. I don't recommend using Illustrious V1; I've gained some experience since that one and it's clearly way overcooked. I nearly doubled the dataset, recaptioned everything from scratch and retrained it using different parameters to get Noob V1 and will retrain Illustrious as well. I think this one captures the artist style quite well.

This artist works in both greyscale and color, so you can either go crazy with "colorful", steer it with specific color palettes, or use "monochrome, greyscale" to get the pen and ink style.
