Claire Bell from the "Claire's Career" Comics by Fenris Comix, Pony version.
pretty pleased with this. Use at strength 1, didn't pick up the style hardly at all, so if you want her in the style of the comics better use the style lora I linked below.
should be able to make most of her outfits, check the images.
