Chareen the Squeaky Chicken Girl (Illustrious) - Rugrats (Pilot)

Remember that time when the Rugrats team literally made the perfect character design for a girl who showed up in an unaired pilot and then was never seen again? Pffffft........

Chareen, aka the Squeaky Chicken girl, voiced by the ever-lovely, Kath Soucie. I recall a comment from a while ago saying he wanted more wage slave girls. So here we go again.

Trained on mostly screenshots with a few fanart images in there. It never shows her bottom half (except in fanart) so I had to take liberties. You'll probably want to add "bucket, bucket of chicken" in the negatives as getting screenshots without it was impossible.
