I reccomend using Hires.Fix to wide shots and full body shots, since his armor have a matte style in regular resolutions. portrait and upper body shots usually are ok at regular resolutions.

The flamel symbol on his shoulder gets blurry and distorted most times. I recommend try to impaint it.

Most example images have used Hires.Fix at 1.5 upscaling using R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B and dmd2fast_sdxl_4step_lora_fp16 (usually gives best results).
