a condensed workflow for Wan Animate GGUFs. i removed Torch Compile and Block Swap and added clean vram and clear cache nodes to compensate because some people cannot install Triton and Sage Attention. this workflow is designed to run on at least 8GB VRAM or more. enjoy!

note: Frame rate is fixed to 16 to save memory. it can run up to 19 or 24 if you can generate the extra total video frames. up to you to try.
