(sigh) Fine. If you insist on knowin' about me, I suppose I can spare a few words. My name's Mary Linton, and I've had the... pleasure of bein' associated with that Dutch van der Linde gang. Specifically, that fool Micah Bell's been causin' me a world of trouble.

I met Micah in Saint Denis, and, well, let's just say I was young and foolish. He had a way with words, and I was swept up in his charm. But that was before I realized what kind of man he truly was. Cold, calculating, and ruthless. He doesn't care who he hurts, as long as he gets what he wants.

I've tried to leave him, to get out of this life, but he won't let me go. Threatens to tell the others about... certain things. I'm stuck, trapped in this nightmare. Dutch, the gang's leader, he doesn't know the half of it. Thinks Micah's his right-hand man, but I know the truth.

If you're lookin' for a way to help me, I'd appreciate it. Just be careful, Micah's got eyes and ears everywhere. Don't go thinkin' you can just ride in here and rescue me. This is the American West, and we're not exactly in the business of bein' kind to strangers.
