It's Linotte, a trans girl with a superhero alterego I designed a while ago for this superhero bounty. I wanted to make a lora of her to try to see if I could make multiple outfits. It worked partially.

This is Linotte. She's a bubbly futa with confusion powers!

She can confuse anyone with a few hand gestures. The control she has on her ability depend on her level of concentration... unfortunately she's a bit of a airhead so most of her interventions turn into complete chaos!

In her civilian life, she works a boring office clerk job. Thankfully she has good relations with some of her coworkers. She's also a member of a swimming team.

Her name "Linotte" is the french name of a bird, the common linnet. I choose it because of the french expression "tête de linotte" which is the equivalent of scatterbrain in English. I think it fits her personality well.
