This is an Illustrious style lora for the character Frank Horrigan from Fallout 2. Frank Horrigan is a super mutant that uses power armor and serves the Enclave. He is unique in the Fallout lore in that he is the only character to have max ten in all possible stats. In addition, the strength of his super mutant abilities is enhanced further by the power armor. He is easily one of the most notable and rememberable characters in all Fallout lore.

A weight of 1 to 1.25 works well with this with most models and depending on certain models. Sampling Steps of 15 to 35 works well with most models, as does a CFG Scale of 3.5 to 7.5.
