The Queen of All Cosmos from Katamari Damacy. I've been playing the new game that came out and I'm having a blast. It also motivated me to make a lora of her lol. Also a bit surprised no one has made a lora of this character yet until now. It might generate more pink spots and yellow headpieces on her headdress, but everything else works great.

For the outfit: pink scalloped collar, pink dress, white dress, two tone dress, long dress, white gloves, pink flats

Put "eyebrows, pupils, eyelashes, makeup, white sclera, realistic, " in the negative prompts for better character accuracy. Also it is possible to take her headdress off, but you need to lower the weight to about 0.8. 0.9 for it to work. You also need to put "headdress, helmet, headwear" in the negative prompts for it to come out completely. At 1 strength it'll stay on there 95% of the time. Finally if you can't remove the gloves or neckwear, then put "bare arms, bare neck, bare hands" in the positive prompts and that should help.
