This was an earlier model i'd trained which didn't come out as consistently as the ball kicking but does ok. I find it can occasionally make the penis disappear or just merge into the arm. Using a 0.75 weight usually fixes that. Prompt is simply:

To get her to be a bit more aggressive. It makes a huge difference if the starting image has at least one hand visible for some reason.
