About this lora
This is a lora's purpose is to re-create the style of the 2010 show Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated. It can also re-create any character that appears in the show. See the bottom of the description for how to prompt the characters.
You do not need to prompt in anything regarding the style, the lora will do that on its own.
Use trigger "ScoobyDooStyle" and optionally you can use the character tag such as "char_velmadinkley" etc to help trigger the characters.
If you want to have nudity use this lora with Phr00t/Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO model. Its an edit model but it works with QWEN image as well to generate NSFW. Topless (ie breasts) work fine without this model though. I prefer V5 of the NSFW model the best.
Dataset
This is trained on 684 screen captures from the original show. I used pyscene to extract the frames from the show, then I sorted through every episode by hand for the images I wanted. I used the NSFW AIO (Phr00t/Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO) model with qwen edit to take around 47 images and make them NSFW so that nudity will be in the dataset. This includes breasts/nipples, pussy, and erect penises. Both male and female nudity. The captioning for nudity is simply:
"Their (or Her for singular) naked breasts and pussy are visible." or "His erect penis is visible" I don't mention about details of the breasts or penis beyond this. Despite the efforts, you'll need the NSFW AIO to get proper nudity below the waist.
I created an app using Google AI studio with vibe coding, where I could feed the dataset in and it followed the guide I created (linked in the suggested resources below) for captioning style. It allowed me to do all the captioning work in around 30 minutes. I did not modify any of the captions, You can use the tool yourself here:

I had gemini spit out some stats on the character representation based the amount of character tags present in the captions to see how overtrained certain characters may be. By chance they're pretty similar (this excludes NSFW captions which probably puts Velma and Daphne much higher)

Training
I used AI toolkit to do the actual training, and it was trained on the qwen image model. I used the default settings except I trained on x512 resolution only. And I turned on Layer Offloading and offloaded the Transformer by 55% and kept the text encoder at 0% offloading. I kept on cache text embedding. And disabled sampling (since it can generate OOM sometimes).
I trained it for around 8 hours up to 7.5K steps. I might upload another further trained one but the result was pretty good so I decided to release at this state.
Below is how to prompt each character and their primary outfit with character tag.
I am very happy with the output, you can simply put the character tag at the end of the prompt and paste as is the primary outfit (if you want to use that) and the Appearance text and it will fit it. Velma has the most issues, you may need to mention eyes visible with her glasses, and also "her mouth is a simple line, no lips" to get it not give her lipstick.
