Arguably the best character design in MTG, Archangel Avacyn from the Avacyn Restored and Shadows over Innistrad blocks.

Note that in her first depiction and many fanart she has long and wide sleeves, however most official art afterwards depicts her with thinner sleeves and arm guards.
