WAN Long-Form Workflow – Version 2 Changelog

Major New Features

• Unified workflow (5s / 10s / 15s)
A single workflow now handles all durations. Easily switch between 5-second, 10-second, and 15-second generation using a toggle box.

• Modular feature toggles
Added multiple toggle boxes to enable or disable key features across the workflow.

• Optional RIFE interpolation
RIFE interpolation is now integrated and fully optional. Enable it for smoother motion and 30fps output, or disable it for a faster pipeline.

• Per-segment positive prompting
Each 5-second segment now has its own optional Positive Prompt box. This allows evolving actions, scene changes, or motion direction across segments.

• Smart prompt fallback logic
Don’t want to write multiple prompts? No problem. Toggles allow you to disable the Segment 2 and/or Segment 3 prompts. When disabled, the workflow automatically reuses Prompt #1 for all segments.

Quality of Life Improvements

• Pipeline cleanup with Set/Get nodes
Replaced the majority of spaghetti wiring with Set/Get nodes, dramatically improving readability and reducing visual clutter.

• Clustered control panel
Many adjustable settings are now grouped together for ease of use and quick adjustment.

• Resolution selector added
A single Width/Height selector now controls resolution for all samplers, eliminating the need to change settings manually in multiple nodes.

• Enlarged preview nodes
Source Image and Output Video nodes are now larger and easier to read for quick visual checking.

• General layout housekeeping
Improved alignment, node spacing, routing, and organization for a cleaner, more professional workflow experience.

• Built-in Help Panel
A simple instruction box has been added to the top of the workflow to help new users understand setup, toggles, and intended usage.
