Folded is good, fetal can be iffy, kneeling prey can work but its very iffy.

Notes - can force the prey to be pregnant or overly plump so add pregnant prey or plump to negative if it continues. Big belly or huge belly tags can also apply to the prey. This lora is probably better for editing the frontal imprints onto other images.
