重要：第一次使用时 需要根据你自己的电脑性能调整seedvr参数；之后你就可以把任务交给工作流去自动处理了
Important: When you use it for the first time, you need to adjust the seedvr parameters according to your own computer performance; after that, you can hand over the task to the workflow for automatic processing.
关于视频缩放：
当视频最小边小于1080时，视频将按1080放大；
当视频最小边大于1080且小于2016时，视频将按2160放大；
当视频最小边大于2160时，会被缩放到2160；
关于插帧：
当帧率小于12时，帧率会 x3
当帧率大于12时且小时24时，帧率会 x2
当帧率大于24时，不会进行插帧，会输出一个黑屏、但不会保存。

About video scaling:
When the smallest side of the video is smaller than 1080, the video will be enlarged by 1080;
When the smallest side of the video is greater than 1080 and less than 2016, the video will be enlarged by 2160;
When the smallest side of the video is larger than 2160, it will be scaled to 2160;
About frame insertion:
When the frame rate is less than 12, the frame rate will be x3
When the frame rate is greater than 12 and the hour is 24, the frame rate will be x2
When the frame rate is greater than 24, frames will not be inserted and a black screen will be output but will not be saved.
