ngl it's overcooked. my dataset is quite small since I'm making the images in gimp and it's kind of tedious to do, I also had to train for more steps than anticipated to get the concept to lock in correctly. all that said, the lora works really good, it just wants to create same-ish faces and kind of fights the base model a bit when prompts get complex.
