Eventide

Laconic:

This LoRA aims to add character elements that are both alien and aquatic, with traditional sea-folk features such as gills and scales with other less often seen elements in water-based fantasy creatures. Anything from coral, carapace, bioluminescence and membranes of all varieties.

Loquacious:

I love my science-fantasy weirdness, which you can probably see from some of my other LoRAs. I felt an itch to create something that leaned more into the organic, alien side of things that maintained an element of beauty while still evoking some biological weirdness. Looking toward the ocean was the immediately obvious choice for me. This LoRA isn't meant to create a specific "race" of fantasy/alien characters, but rather an aquatic-inspired patois that can be used for inspiration or just drumming up an unusual character with an alien feel.

If you want, you can download a set of wildcard files that I used when generating a number of the characters that help lend toward the feeling I'm hoping this LoRA will invoke. When I wanted to use them to completely randomize the description of the character, I would use this as the general wildcard prompt:

Some of the wildcards have an obvious purpose, but others, like "eventide_deface" are intended to alter human facial features, and "eventide_body_distortion" is there to make alterations to the standard human anatomy and ratios. Using negative prompts to help change features away from your standard human appearance can help a lot, too, depending on what you're going for. That said, the wildcards are perfectly viable for use without the LoRA as well, if you like.
