In both Breath of the Wild and Toons of the Wild, you must complete a rescue mission to find her, similar to rescuing her from a Moldora.

In Breath of the Wild, she sells various earrings and headbands that offer elemental defense or increase defense. Also, when you break Urbosa's weapons, she forges new ones for you.

In Toons of the Wild, she forges Urbosa's Scimitar and Shield.
