Creates Mis'Alia, by Feretta. Mis'Alia is a silver skinned draako and leader of the Temple of Life

Mis'Alia is tall, slender, and typically sports a hefty rack with gracious amounts of cleavage. Darker colored nipples is cannon, and she likes to employ her long grey tongue when it's relevant (wink wink).

On this model, her mouth and tongue are pink by default, but will be fixed in a future version. In the meantime, 'grey tongue' or 'grey mouth' should fix it. 'Dark nipples' if her nipples aren't behaving.

After getting married, she has been sporting a marriage collar, can be tagged via 'Mis'Alia_collar' but this tag needs additional work to be more correct.
