Getting the right output with that would be expert level with smart prompting and the right lora mix, probably FLF to get it right which is how I would do it.

The Stating image matters the most.

Why'd I train this? For the ladies. Also, It either didn't exist, or I think there was only a T2V solution to animate these images. I needed it for commissions, and even though it's not perfect and has a somewhat limited range of motion, it does what it set out to do.

This has no influence on faces, facial expressions, or any motions beyond what's described in the captions. I'm adding the anime-style concept loras to supported tools; they will make images that can be animated by this the best. They are mostly noob/illustrious but eventually I see a Zimage solution probably for more realistic style, you can easily do img2img to make the outputs more realistic. The bigAsp SDXL models completely missed this concept and POV will always be male centric concept in those. For the final motion result you'll always have better results with further prompting and embellishment and slightly higher steps (6 or 8)

Future projects:
