Artstyle - Rooms of Akane Dr. Tecmac

I think this author emerged in the late 90s, but I mainly discovered him in the 2000s with his most well-known series, at least to me, "The Rooms of Akane."

The animations were no more than four frames per second, and the short stories were somewhat silly about a cosplayer girl who ended up in unlucky events, but the art style and the ideas behind the situations, in the context of that era, were brilliant.
