The Non-Nude version was trained on 26 images of multiple women's breasts with their faces cut out of the images for 3,000 steps. By incorporating the trigger words into your prompt, it will almost certainly return a topless woman, so be sure to prompt in some form of clothing as well.

The Nude version was trained on 16 images of one woman's breasts with her face cut out of the images for 3,500 steps. The appearance of nipples/areolae are better than they would be in a LoRA-less workflow, but they're not quite there yet in terms of detail, but (mostly) accurately reflect the appearance of the breasts the LoRA was trained on, maybe mostly lacking in accurately depicting the size of the initial subjects large ghost areolae/nipples, but this (may) be fixed with bigger breasts. I've only tested this with one Breast Size Slider, and it changed the appearance of the nipples too much in a bad way, at least on the base ZIT model.

Since the LoRA was trained on the base Z-Image Turbo model, use of a custom model/merge may improve your results further. I have not tested this. The nude version is also almost certainly overfitted. I hope to fix this in a future update.
