Model description

In the alternate reality known as the Age of Apocalypse (Earth-295), Ororo Munroe, designated as Storm, first appeared in X-Men: Alpha #1 (February 1995). Orphaned at a young age following the death of her parents, she survived on the streets of Cairo as a proficient thief, once attempting to pickpocket Charles Xavier before the timeline's divergence. Her mutant ability to manipulate weather manifested during adolescence, prompting her migration southward where she was worshipped as a goddess for summoning rain in drought-stricken regions of Africa. Amid the chaos following Apocalypse's conquest, Ororo declared herself the Windrider and established a protected territory intended to shelter both humans and mutants from the ongoing war.

Apocalypse's forces soon targeted her domain, resulting in its destruction and Ororo's capture. Branded with a distinctive facial tattoo and selected to become one of his Horsemen, she endured torture and psychological manipulation in the laboratories of Mister Sinister and the Dark Beast, compounded by the Shadow King's telepathic assaults. Resisting these torments, Ororo generated an immense electrical storm that disrupted power across Apocalypse's empire, facilitating her escape with aid from the sympathetic Prelate Scott Summers. Adopting the name Storm as a perpetual reminder of her suffering, she later encountered Quicksilver in Europe, gradually earning his trust and forming a romantic bond with him.

Upon joining Magneto's X-Men, Storm emerged as a dedicated operative in the resistance against Apocalypse. She contributed to vital operations, including supporting Sentinel-led evacuations in North America, confronting adversaries such as Abyss, and participating in the rescue of captives from the Madri temple. In the decisive confrontation in New York City, the X-Men achieved victory over Apocalypse. In the aftermath, Storm deepened her relationship with Quicksilver while continuing to advance Magneto's ideal of harmonious coexistence between humans and mutants.
