This is the character I first trained LoRA on in SD1.5. This time, I revised the dataset to improve the stability of the details. The original character is 5-head-to-body ratio, which is cute in the game, but when illustrated, the head-to-body ratio is too low and it doesn't suit some people (like me). So, even if the LoRA weight is high, I made sure it doesn't become 5-head-to-body ratio. Specifically, I increased the number of repeated learning times for the AI ​​output dataset and lowered the other settings.

To enhance the details, we create cropped images of each body part and add tags that link them to the full-body image.

This LoRA was trained on WAI12, and optimal results can be obtained with this model.

私がSD1.5で始めてLoRAをトレーニングしたキャラクターです。今回はデータセットを見直し、細部の安定性を高めました。原作は5頭身のキャラクターでゲーム中では可愛らしいのですが、イラストにする場合頭身が低すぎ合わない人には合わない(私がそうですが)、そこでLoRAのウェイトが高くても5頭身にならない様にしました。具体的にはAI出力のデータセットの繰り返し学習回数を高めに、その他を低めに設定する事を行いました。

細部の補強には、それぞれの部位毎のクロップ画像を作成し、全身画像と結び付くタグを付与する事で行っています。

このLoRAはWAI12上で学習されており、同モデルで最適な結果を得る事ができます。

Notes:

If you have not installed NegPiP, try increasing the CFG and specifying the negative intensity tag as a negative prompt.

NegPiPを導入していない場合、マイナス強度のタグはCFGを上げてネガティブプロンプトに指定してみてください。

My LoRA is training a little overfitted, so I think the LoRA weight should be around 0.65-0.75. If the LoRA or model is losing fine details, try increasing the weight.

私のLoRAは過学習気味でトレーニングしています、LoRAウェイトは0.65-0.75位で良いと思います。LoRAやモデルによって細部のディテールが失われてしまう場合、ウェイトを上げてみてください。

The details of the bias check pattern and the crystals on the outing outfit are a bit lacking, but try putting the sample image into ComfyUI and setting the 1st Stage Upscaler's denoise to around 0.25-0.5. The image will be stiff overall, but this may improve the expression. The stiffness is due to the main lines becoming clearer, so using sdxl-boldline at -1.0 looks good.

バイアスチェック柄とお出かけ服の結晶の詳細が今一ですが、サンプル画像をComfyUIに投入し1st Stage Upscalerのdenoiseを0.25～0.5辺りに設定してみて下さい。全体的に固い絵になりますが、それらの表現を改善する事ができる様です。固くなる理由としては、主線が鮮明になる為で、sdxl-boldlineを-1.0で使用すると良い感じです。

Advanced form/発展形

By using sdxl-flat (around -0.75) and sdxl-boldline (-1.0) to increase the density of the rendered gradation and thinning the main lines, you can create a more modern anime-like drawing style.

It seems possible to significantly change the expression by combining it with semi-realistic LoRA or models.
