Conclusion:

I hoped to be able to combine this lora with certain block weights with my realistic cowgirl pov so that i can have the dynamic posing of anime, impossible camera angles and unrealistic proportions of anime with realism textures but its not working as i had hoped, the lora data across blocks is spread not evenly for detail levels. Do whatever you want with the model and hopefully you find something cool that I missed. At least it replicates the training data pretty accurately but I find little reason to use it over illustrious. Hey at least you can generate large images without using an upscaler.
