Caren the MILF

Hello, this is the first LORA I’ve created. I tried to place a strong emphasis on making physical features like the breasts and the intimate area look realistic. For example, how the breasts look when clothing is worn versus how they look without clothing. The breasts sag the way they would in real life if a woman had large breasts. So far, I haven’t noticed any major issues. Most LORAs can be used, and it also works well without using any LORAs at all. I hope someone enjoys it. Have fun.

I recommend using these settings for best results:

LORA Strengh: 0.7-1

Sampling steps: 20-30

Euler a, Automatic

Cfg Scale: 5-7

Trigger words:

1Women, mature, brown hair,

(plump): Makes her more chubby, with larger, softer-looking breasts that sag more naturally.

(underwear): Puts nude-colored underwear on the character—simple, underwear without any frills.

Important note:

I trained this LORA in a way that no specific instructions regarding the breasts are required. Of course, you can still do that, but I’m not sure how the results would turn out. If desired, you can create larger areolae by using the prompt (Huge Areolaes) — that’s how the LORA was trained as well.

I trained this LORA this way because it bothered me that as soon as a prompt related to breasts was used, clothing would immediately have a huge cleavage, or the cleavage was very hard to remove. Or positioning the character exactly how I wanted often didn’t work, because including prompts like “breasts” or similar would make them have to be visible. So it’s best not to write anything related to breasts at all—unless, of course, you want actions involving them to take place.

If you don’t specify any clothing, the character will wear beige clothes that look like what a woman of a more mature age would naturally often wear. (As shown in the image)

Unfortunately, there’s a small issue that I hope to fix eventually. When the face is generated from the side, it looks younger—more like a 20-year-old’s face.
