This one is meant to be versatile and cinematic. This checkpoint is a walk through the video store.

As usual with my DMD2 checkpoints 8-16 steps,LCM/KARRAS,.08-1.3 CFG.

You can play with clip skip for interesting variations.

You can prompt in many ways, a mix of tags and natural language works well. Using short but descriptive prompts seems to work best, but it can handle longer prompts if you must.

This one is made for experimenting, think of making a film before the digital destruction.

Think of going into a video store on a Friday night and hoping to find something you've never seen before.

The training data is all special fx makeup and only fictional films had been included. This checkpoint is made to make cinema goodness, not real world badness.

What is a VIDEO NASTY?

A "video nasty" is a British informal term for

low-budget, highly violent, or gory horror films distributed on video cassette in the early 1980s that caused public moral panic and led to their censorship and banning under the Video Recordings Act 1984, even though similar content in cinemas was regulated differently. These films exploited a loophole in censorship laws, making them widely accessible and sparking controversy over their impact, especially on children, ultimately resulting in stricter video classification.

That being said...it is still SDXL so it has it's usual caveats and limitations. It is a lot of fun though, consider it experimental and research.

There is no full version of this, only DMD2. I will be putting up a few variations and you should think of them not as better than previous versions, just different.
