This workflow uses the ComfyUI-Persona-Director custom node to lock your character's identity using Logic, not luck.

Unlike traditional methods that rely heavily on IP-Adapters or rigid LoRAs, this workflow uses a Semantic State Manager to keep your character's "DNA" (hair, eyes, signature accessories) persistent across wildly different scenes—from Cyberpunk cities to snowy streets.

Key Features:

• 0% Hallucination: Keeps accessories (like the blue star clip in the demo) consistent.

• No LoRA Needed: Works via structured prompting logic.

• Cross-Model Ready: Tested on Pony V6 XL and Nova Anime XL, but the logic works on most SDXL models.

• Complex Scenes: Handles drastic environment changes without breaking the character.

How to run this workflow:

Install the Node: Go to your ComfyUI/custom_nodes folder and clone the repo: git clone https://github.com/18yz153/ComfyUI-Persona-Director (Or simply install via ComfyUI Manager).
