Ultra Maiden

Details

Model description

Ultra Maiden is a naked-girl-biased realistic model that is able to put some clothes on if you really insist, and that also does a little fantasy/scifi/horror if you nudge it the right way.

Version 2 was a huge update, and was made from an order of magnitude more data than version 1. Version 3 is on the other hand just a minor tweak that went through an extra fine tune step. If you compare v2 and v3 with the same seeds and prompts you'll find it basically makes the same images, but removes small errors more often than it adds them. It's not much to write home about, but it's still progress, so I decided to share it.

I'm currently hard at work on version 4, which will be a lot more interesting update. Check back in a month or three.

EDIT:

Other models usually come with example images made with complex prompts and lots of steps, whereas my examples use very short prompts and only 12 steps. This model is frankly a lot better than most when used like that, and it is also more consistently photorealistic. Just give the prompt "woman", and most realistic models will switch between (very boring!) photos and paintings, whereas Ultra Maiden tries to make interesting photos even for shitty prompts like that.

But I was curious to see how it would perform when given an elaborate prompt, so I copied the prompt/seed/setting from an example image from another model:

I posted what Ultra Maiden produced below for comparison, except I didn't use a negative prompt since this model doesn't need one, and really works best without one. The prompt adherence for this complex prompt was actually much better than I thought it would be, since I only tune for short prompts. The other model did a better job with the requested beaded top and made her more African looking, but on the other hand Ultra Maiden heeded the call for golden hour sunlight and sand dunes, which the other model ignored.

If you want fast generations from simple prompts I honestly don't think anything out there beats Ultra Maiden. But if your prompts are little essays and you use 30+ steps then its of course mostly a matter of taste.
