[Illustrious] Oversized Collar (2 sizes)

LoRA for making oversized collars, since again there was somehow no booru tag for it.
Comes in two sizes.

Activation text for normal version: qboc, collar

Activation text for huge version: qboch, collar

Add "animal ears, furry" to negative prompt if needed.
