Morphed Muscle PonyXL

This model enhances muscularity and improves photo-realism of men. Trained on photos of morphed muscle men; the same dataset as is used for my other SDXL morphed muscle LoRA. (If you aren't using PonyXL, use that LoRA instead).

While this LoRA does work with base PonyXL, I recommend using it with a trained checkpoint designed for photorealistic generation.

This model was designed for male-bodied generation, but kind of works for females as well.

For best results, start your prompts with score_9, score_8_up, score_7_up, realistic photo

Weights up to 1.0 work acceptably. Depending on what base model you use, a higher CFG Scale may improve face detail.
