Choking/Strangling - Pony

I was not happy with the results I got on the other LoRA's available on Civitai, so here is my version. It works best with side view if you don't use a LoRA like My Pov Hands, the hand might not conform correctly without it.

Weight around 0.5-0.6 seems to be the sweet spot.
