Tony Tony Chopper (Arm Point)

Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece, but this is in his Arm Point form. This is my favorite form of him, but he almost never uses it in the anime/manga anymore. 😔

A bit rare, but sometimes, the AI will have some glitchy generating on his right horn where he's supposed to have a tiny silver horn band. I have no idea why it does that unfortunate, but it doesn't happen often.
