bar censor seg for Yolov8

受到前辈启发，训练了一个检测黑条打码的模型，为此手动打了上千张图的标，测试中大部分情况下有不错的准确度

YOLOv8 model to detect black bar censor. I manually labeled thousands of pictures for this purpose. In most cases, the test showed good accuracy.
