Hi, I have trained a lot these days and spent a lot of time on testing. I got up at 6:30 this morning and started training and testing until 4 pm. Then I couldn't bear it anymore and fell asleep on the chair.

In the evening, I also received unfortunate news from a friend. One of their friends in the Internet cafe passed away this morning. He was only thirty years old. Life is capital. From now on, we still need to go to bed early to recuperate before training.
