Illustrious Update*: Basically no new content of her around the internet, so I gave the dataset a retouch and the secret ingredient (love 🖤), hopefully it should work better than before, still I'll give it a another shot whenever I get better material.

Recommended weight:0.8-1. If you're using hiresfix, just watch out that high denoising might turn the talismans on her shoulder into an extra horns and vice-versa. Don't recommend prompting for the cape, it's so close to the body that you can barely notice on frontal shots. Hope you enjoy the second form, it even had me getting to un-lost some media to give it a decent dataset.
