Use these Color names and type your prompt like this Woman in Red Mini Dress or Woman in Strapless White Dress or Woman in Royal Blue thin Strap Dress. Keep Ratio in Square Ratio (1:1) or Vertical (9:16).

You can use this LoRA with realistic(works best) and anime models :)

Use DPM++ 3M SDE Exponential with CFG Scale between 3.5 and 4.5
