To be honest from testing its a bit hard to control the exact size of the belly, its big but sometimes it will just go between full stomach, big belly, huge belly, and gigantic belly. My recommendation would be to add the sizes and tags that you don't want to see in the negative prompt. For example if you just want a big belly then put huge belly and gigantic belly in the negative prompt, etc. If you want vore imprints then put it in the positive if you don't then negative or else it will just show up randomly.
