Peg from Lady and the Tramp. I was a bit surprised to not see a model for this character yet for Pony, so I figured I'd do it myself.

You can give her an anthro look which works fine for the most part. Sometimes it might change her hairstyle, so increase the weight to 1.2 - 1.3 and see if that helps.
