There are inherent dangers in adventuring, especially across mysterious portals found deep within hidden caves. Now, that has never deterred brave adventurers such as your favorite character, who decided to explore one of these. Where did this portal lead? An ancient sealed-off ruin? A hidden realm of unimaginable wonders? No, it was a bizarre balloon world full of living inflatables, balloon people as far as the eye could see. Your favorite character was completely baffled.

As strange as it all was, it was still intriguing to a curious mind. Your favorite character decided to explore this strange world, meet some of its inhabitants—how dangerous could some walking balloons be? Not too far from the portal, they met one of the inflatables. This one was large, considerably larger than your favorite character, yet still clearly human in appearance. It looked surprised but gave your favorite character a wide, friendly smile.

Then, all of a sudden, another one of these things appeared behind your favorite character, startling them. As friendly as their faces looked, they weren't too thrilled about being surrounded by these unknown beings and reached for something, only to be suddenly grabbed into the air, squeezed tightly inside an unflinching hug. Struggling as they might, your favorite character could not break free from the creature. Suddenly, they started to feel dizzy and lightheaded and soon fell unconscious.

Still a bit dizzy, your favorite character woke up inside some sort of machine. Their arms and legs were held tight by steel clasps, and a pair of air tubes hung from the ceiling. Confused, your favorite character looked down at their body only to find an air valve attached to their belly. They instantly realized their situation—they were about to be inflated! Turned into one of those things!

They barely had time to struggle before the air tubes flew inside their belly and mouth.

They felt the air starting to rush inside of them, filling them, blowing them up like a balloon, turning their very skin into rubber. Every moment that passed, your favorite character felt less resistant, less scared. They started to feel... joy? They felt this strange sensation of happiness, this feeling of fullness and satisfaction. Soon, your favorite character had completely lost their mind to it, leaving nothing but a bouncy airhead behind. The pressure was too much to bear on the machinery, causing the steel clasps to break open and the air tubes to fly out.

And it was all done. Permanently transformed and hypnotized into an inflatable, your favorite character gave their own body a tight, squeezing hug. They were laughing and in complete bliss, completely unaware of what had been done to them. No one came to rescue them because no one knew where they had gone—even if someone did, it was too late to do anything.
