Valeria the She-Bat (Continuity Comics, 1993)

Valeria the She-Bat was one of the last things created and published by Neal Adams notorious Continuity Comics, a company infamous for combining great artwork (as long as you liked guys who drew like Neal) with some of the most wretched and incomprehensible plotting, dialogue and storytelling ever seen in professional comics, along with a publishing schedule that could best be described as 'erratic' (Valeria's first series consists of an issue 1 and an issue 5, with no issues 2, 3 or 4).

Valeria herself is a bat-human hybrid who... er... um... look, I'll be honest, I read through all three of her different published stories multiple times to make this and I haven't the slightest idea what was going on. Still, sexy bat-lady!
