Mouth Retractor Gag (Realistic / Cum Mouth)

The only thing more humiliating than a cheek gag is a cheek gag overflowing with cum.

Recommended negative if you are getting odd artifacts in your image: nosehook (unless you're using the Nose Hook LORA of course)
