Ji-woo Reiner (Avatar fan character)

Reiner is the leader of the Neo Equalist movement. Believing in Avatar Sugizai's doctrine of segregation, he preaches that non-benders should not mix or associate with benders for any reason. Having taken over Meridian city, he has separated all identified benders into work camps and casually kills any bender who has ever turned their bending against a non-bender without exception. He views the Avatar and Dark Avatar as the ultimate abominations for being able to bend all four elements. His left arm was lost in an accident and has since been replaced with lost tech. He also favors weapons made with lost tech.
