For her default look (or something close), try:
kaguya luna, bare shoulders, blue eyes, black dress, cleavage, cleavage cutout, fake animal ears, hairclip, obi, sash, skindentation, silver hair, thighhighs, twintails, zettai ryouiki
Skindentation, Zettai Ryouiki and Cleavage probably aren't strictly necessary, but I used them to reinforce the concept since my prompts are generally somewhat minimal.
